Our products are among the highest quality galvanized steel tubular products on the market
today. How do we know? Simple, we are the manufacturer and we have taken every possible
step to ensure the quality of the products that represent our company.
Our 14 and 18 gauge galvanized steel tubing is manufactured on a Yoder tube mill. We start
with hot-dipped, galvanized coils weighing approximately 6,000# each. The coils are then
crane loaded onto the payoff and the material is accumulated on the top track. As the
material passes through the first set of dyes it is shaped into a round tube. From there, the
material is fed into the weld box where the seam is welded with a zinc wire and the weld is
metalized. After welding, the tube goes through a set of finishing rollers. These rollers form
the tube into its final shape. As the tubing leaves the finishing rollers it is blown dry and
coated with our RAINGUARDtm, anti-rust inhibitor. This inhibitor is the equivalent of other
forms of rust prevention found throughout the industry.

- We offer 11 different sizes of tubing: 2x3, 1 3/4 x 2 3/4 insert material, 7/8" square, 2"
square, 2 1/4" square, 2 1/2" square, 1 3/8 round, 1 5/8 round, 2" round - We are capable of manufacturing round tubing with the following O.D.'s:
- Our tubing is galvanized on the inside as well as the outside. There is no fancy coating on
the outside only to have the interior of the tube painted. We believe that if you are going
to do something, do it right! - We offer a wide array of components used for constructing metal buildings, carports, and
much more, these components include: flat and L brackets, U-braces, welded and
mandrel bent side posts ranging from 7-15', peaks ranging 8-30' in 2' increments, base
rails with 18" cups and pre-punched holes designed for ground anchoring ranging from
10-20', base rail extensions ranging from 5-20', 10' insert material, anchoring systems
and our famous hat purlins. - Custom sizing and fabrication is available on request (e.g. Base rails 4' o.c.)
- We can fill cut-to-length orders, swage tube ends, notch tube for welding, bend and
punch. - We manufacture 2 profiles of metal roofing panel; TUFF-RIB which has a standard ag
panel profile and TUFF-LAP which is designed to run horizontally on your walls and has
a profile and look very similar to vinyl dutch lap siding. - We stock various sizes and profiles of trim and accessories.
- Custom lengths for trim is available, up to 21' in length.
