Base Rails and Base Rail Extensions

As with most things, getting off on the right foot is important. Using our base rails
and extensions are essential for getting your steel building project off to a good start.
The custom design of our base rails and extensions allows greater versatility for your
steel building by utilizing 18" cups (5' o.c.) which gives you greater flexibility
regardless of the area that you may be installing upon. If you erect a building on the
ground, you can be up to 12" out of level and our base rails and extensions still allow
you to erect your structure with ease. We understand the need for quick assembly
without sacrificing quality, and our pre-sleeved design, as well as our pre-punched
holes for ground and concrete anchoring will save you time and labor.

20' Base Rails
The starting point of all steel buildings.
There are usually only 2 of these per
standard bldg. If lean-to's are to be
attached then the number of lean-to's
desired (e.g. one off each side) would
also start with one base rail each.

20' Base Rail Extension
This base rail is used to extend buildings
up to 40', 60', 80', 100' etc. in length.

Same function as the 5'extension. This
extension would typically be used on
buildings 30' long or 50' long.

extended by using base rail extensions.

Pre-Punched Holes
Each base rail and base rail extension is
pre-punched for you so you will not
need to spend time or money on drilling
your own holes for your concrete or
ground anchors. We will also custom
punch holes for you on other areas of
your building.
